Get Your Home Wired for Success with Mario Castillo Electric
Having specialized knowledge and expert proficiency in each type of wiring is crucial when it comes to low-voltage electrical systems in your home.
CAT6 & CAT7 Wiring
Category 6 (CAT6) wiring includes standard cables for transmission and are primary wires for Ethernet networks. Category 7 (CAT7) cables differ from CAT6 in that they provide high-performance networking and reduce interference while supporting higher frequencies for faster speeds.
When working on CAT6 and CAT7 projects, Mario Castillo Electric’s team will work with you to determine the location of needed CAT6 or CAT7 cabling, run the cable and install the two phone (RJ45) connectors in conjunction with the two low voltage boxes. Our process includes testing wires post installation. If you don’t have an attic or crawl space there is some possibility that dry wall could be impacted. But don’t worry! Mario Castillo Electric can repair any needed drywall and patching so it is paint ready.
Coaxial (Coax) Cables
Coaxial (Coax) cables consist of a central conductor, surrounded by a flexible insulating layer, a braided wire, and an outer insulating layer. They are ideal for carrying radio and television signals with minimal interference. As with all our cable installations, Mario Castillo Electric has the homeowner present throughout the process. In addition, like our CAT6 and CAT7 installs we will agree on the location of the coaxial cable, run the wire, install connectors, voltage box and wall plates.
HDMI & Speaker
Speaker cables are typically composed of two insulated wires that connect amplifiers to loudspeakers or similar devices. They ensure high-quality sound reproduction throughout your home. High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) are a standard for transmitting digital video and audio from computers, TVs or projectors.
