This smart valve can automatically shut off the water supply when a leak is detected, preventing further damage and giving the homeowner ultimate peace of mind. Security is another key priority, and we wanted to ensure that the homeowners could keep an eye on their property no matter where they are. To do this, we installed seven smart RING cameras around the property. These cameras provide high-definition video feeds that can be accessed in real-time through an app on their phone.

The system also sends instant notifications if any motion is detected, allowing for immediate action if something unusual occurs.
