From Outdated to Outstanding:

Here's how we transformed the warehouse, step by step:

Step 1: Out with the Old

We began by removing the old lamp bulbs and outdated housing from the first row. This initial phase cleared the way for a modern, energy-efficient lighting system.

Step 2: Expert Fixture Installation

Our team then installed brand-new light fixtures, carefully spacing them for optimal coverage. This deliberate placement ensures balanced, uniform lighting that enhances both visibility and aesthetics across the warehouse.

Step 3: Flawless Wiring

Once the fixtures were in position, we shifted focus to the electrical work. Using MC cable and secure strapping, we connected each light with precision—building a safe and reliable foundation for long-term use.

Step 4: Power-On and Test

With wiring complete, we connected the power and conducted a full test to confirm that every light operated flawlessly. It’s always rewarding to see everything light up just as planned.

Step 5: Repeat and Refine

Following our successful first-row installation, we replicated the process for the second row. Consistency ensures cohesive lighting and long-term performance.

Step 6: Safety First

To guarantee safety and prevent electrical overload, we traced and confirmed amperage levels across the system. This final check is part of our commitment to responsible, high-quality work.

Step 7: Smart Energy Management

To round out the project, we installed and programmed a timer for the north side lighting—ensuring the system runs only when needed. We even set up three additional timers to allow for future adjustments, maximizing energy savings and efficiency.
